DoubleDragon Partners with country's leading leasing agents for DoubleDragon Plaza

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. (DD) has officially launched leasing activities for DoubleDragon Plaza, the first phase of DD Meridian Park, its flagship commercial office project in Metro Manila. DD has chosen to partner with the country’s four leading real estate agents, namely, CB Richard Ellis, Leechiu Property Consultants, KMC MAG Savills, and Colliers Int’l to handle leasing of the property.

DD Meridian Park is a 4.8 hectare prime office and commercial block unrivaled for its accessibility at the forefront of the Bay Area considered to be Metro Manila’s emerging new business district. The project’s first phase, DoubleDragon Plaza, will consist of 130,000 square meters of leasable space encompassing four large floor plate office towers atop a retail podium which will house a string of interesting food concepts. Each office tower will have its own private lobby and dedicated fleet of high-speed elevators. Landscaped gardens bridge the towers and provide occupants a cleaner and greener environment to enjoy. The first tower is scheduled to be operational as early as the fourth quarter of 2017.
